The original domain for ARISE is ariseedu.in, and this registration portal is hosted on registration.ariseedu.org. Both ariseedu.org and registration.ariseedu.org are owned and managed by ARISE.

2. Registration and Fees

• Registrations are for individual/single participants unless specified otherwise.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Complimentary registration may be offered for ARISE members or participants from ARISE-affiliated organizations.
• Registration is open for limited seats and will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Foreign delegates include Indians residing abroad, foreigners residing in India, and Indians representing foreign institutions.
• ARISE reserves the right to approve or deny memberships and registrations at its sole discretion.

3. Discounts

ARISE may offer discounts on event registrations from time to time. The availability and percentage of any discount will vary depending on the specific event. Details of such discounts, if applicable, will be clearly specified in the respective registration forms and event-related communications.

4. Payment

• All payments must be made through the payment gateway integrated on the ARISE portal.
• For cheque payments, registration will be confirmed only after the cheque has been realized. Cheques must be cleared before the event date to confirm registration.

5. Refund Policy

• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-participation or cancellation by the delegate.
• ARISE holds the discretion to issue refunds in case of event cancellation by ARISE itself.

6. Electronic Delivery

Since all event-related information, confirmations, and communications will be electronically delivered via email, no physical goods will be shipped. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for communication.

7. Event Changes

ARISE reserves the right to alter event schedules, speakers, venues, and associated elements without prior notice. In such cases, delegates will be notified via the registered email address.

8. Mailing List Enrollment

By sharing your email with ARISE, you will automatically be enrolled in our mailing list to receive important updates about our initiatives and events. You are free to unsubscribe from our communications at any time. This can be done by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive or by visiting our dedicated subscription management page. We encourage you to resubscribe at any time from any of the ARISE websites if you choose to stay connected.

If you prefer, you can customize your subscription preferences and select specific topics or updates you wish to receive. We will ensure that you only receive emails on the subjects you have chosen as the most important to you. You may change your subscription preferences at any time by visiting the subscription page again.

In some cases, you may receive an email from ARISE with an option to opt-in to our mailing list. This may occur if you have been associated with ARISE for a long time without recent communication, and we simply want to confirm your continued interest in receiving updates.
